If I already have a logo, can I give it to you when purchasing your jersey design service?
Yes! We're more than happy to use any existing logos or crests you provide for us when designing jerseys. We are not able to use logos or designs that we don't have the rights to use such as professional soccer teams' logos.
If I purchase the jersey design service, does it come with a jersey?
Unfortunately at this time our jersey design service does not come with a jersey. After your jersey design is completed, you will have the option to purchase the jersey from our site.
What if I don't like the design you create?
We work closely with our customers following a purchase of our logo/crest-designing and jersey-designing services to ensure the final product is something our customers are happy with. Our designers message with customers during their design process, taking their input to create something we're sure you'll love!
What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. For more information, check out our Refund Policy.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. For example, our design services can not be refunded once our designers have started working on your product.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. During the checkout process you will be able to view the expected delivery date as soon as you enter the address you're shipping to.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. If you have additional questions about our manufacturers, please feel free to reach out.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. During the checkout process you will be able to view the shipping cost as soon as you enter the address you're shipping to.
